Best way to learn programming? :)

Hello c:

I got summer break in 8~ weeks and I decided that I finally should learn Java. And I got a little problem, I don't really know where I should start. I already know some programming logic (if, then, else etc) and if I see some code I can understand it pretty fast. Well I'm wondering if you guys know some good resources to learn Java (and also the Bukkit API) ^_^
