best way to not get charge back scammed?

LOL dude chargeback is as simple as calling paypal and saying you were scammed and the seller told you to use this payment method.

Or say you were ratted

Definitely accept btc if that's an option, especially if you're under paypal's age requirement or using a fake name

Make them put a note of "I am buying virtual items. I am won't chargeback under any circumstances"

You can still chargeback.

Bank transfer? If not, bitcoin is your way.

PayPal could work, but you just have chances of getting charged back.

Even if your customer loses their chargeback with PayPal, and you win, they can chargeback again through their bank (assuming they drew funds for PP from their bank). The bank will most likely side with them. Nothing is really 100% certain when dealing with virtual transactions.
