Best way to open multiple Minecraft accounts for testing?

Hey there, I am asking this question because I'm curious how other developers around here test their code using multiple Minecraft accounts. I have been using MultiMC to log on with both of my accounts, but I just think it takes time and I would like to maybe have an automatic way of logging in. Have you been using the same way, or do you have any better/faster way?

Buy more accounts (I use 2 right now, I open 2 tabs of the game and then have them up on my screen whenever testing).
Utilize unit testing for larger projects where it can be used.
