Best way to reset the world but not spawn and warzone?

Delete all the player data from all files. Essentials, pex, all worlds player data, any logs/data from plugins that record data etc. Should be good from there.

I could probably do it for you if you can not figure it out. Just let me know.

In my experience, it's fastest to delete all the .mca files up to a certain point, then use WE to remove any structures that were made close to the warzone. Use Unmined to keep track of how far it's gone (refresh by selecting another world then selecting the one you're working on. Start with any .mca files with a number above 4 (.mca files represent 512x512 of the warzone, so that's 100% sure to be safe for most servers, since few have warzones larger than 1024x1024 and you'd be left with 2048x2048).

This is what I've recommended to several clients before.
