Delete all the player data from all files. Essentials, pex, all worlds player data, any logs/data from plugins that record data etc. Should be good from there.

In my experience, it's fastest to delete all the .mca files up to a certain point, then use WE to remove any structures that were made close to the warzone. Use Unminedto keep track of how far it's gone (refresh by selecting another world then selecting the one you're working on. Start with any .mca files with a number above 4 (.mca files represent 512x512 of the warzone, so that's 100% sure to be safe for most servers, since few have warzones larger than 1024x1024 and you'd be left with 2048x2048).
