Best Way to Sell a Build

Hello, sorry if the answer to this question is too obvious, but how do most of you go about selling a build?

Specifically, do you send a .zip file containing the world that the build is located in, or do you have a better way to export the structure and send it?

Also, when using PayPal, do you have a way to make sure neither party is scammed? For instance, how would you prevent someone from not sending any files after the buyer paid, or visa versa?

Again, sorry for the beginner questions, but any help is appreciated.

I currently have no experience with this field of which you are asking, but I personally love when people send me a WinRar .zip file. It's more professional then just sending either a link to download or a open unzipped folder.

Another folder with the world it self and a file of a .schematic so people can world edit it in to their world.
