Best website for automated purchases?

Hey. So I've seen a few people using a website to upload their product for people to buy, and I was wondering what they are. All I know of is PayIvy and I couldn't get that to work properly. (Also please tell me if this is an awful idea to do this and just do it manually)

PayIvy also works great for selling things such as accounts and builds.
