Best website host and domain registrar?

Hello there,

So, today I decided to change hosts for both, domain and web hosting. I'm looking for a host that is cheap but simply the best, and same goes for the domain. Any suggestions? I used namecheap for domains, but idk what's wrong with it lately, but can't order anything. Page errors, etc.

What hosts and domain registrars do you use and why?

http://zFast.co.uk for the host, I've used them for several years now and Namecheap for domain registrar, contact their support.

cheapwebhosting.org and namecheap. With regards to errors, they can compensate you if you ask as well as re ordering the domain
