I know you can create a website with wix.com I used it for a school project it's pretty simple to use. Other people could probably name a better one to use though.

Well, from what you have said, I am assuming you are looking for some sort of free alternative to XenForo's forum software.
I'd recommend NodeBB or Discourse, both are really good forum software, if not better, from my experience of using both, they have been great and very stable, I have seen them both being used within commercial environments. If you are having any issues installing Discourse or NodeBB let me know and I'll help.
