Okay, I dont want to take any side of your pitty arguments here. However!

This one statement, for me atleast, shows me you have no idea what the definition of a big host is. Just because you "resell", doesn't mean you can't be big?
Also, everyone talking about owned hardware. Really, its nothing special, and in many cases, you are actually better of that people host at OVH, because they would't be able to maintain the hardware correctly (Or have the funds to do so)
Now, I dont know Zeal Hostings client base, and I honestly could't care less, I just know that people like mcph etc also rents at IBM. So they are also not a big host? Hmmm

I don't take things like this to PM, this way everyone can see it and provide his own thoughts if needed. Also OP gets to be more visible because of the constant bumps, win-win. Anyways i won't be doing further comments, just wanting to clarify this.

I'm not taking the fact that he is reselling as the only determinant to say that his company is not a big one. I know some BIG companies that resell from ovh and other providers too. But just look at his website, also look at his own thread, everything is full of 404's and trashing. He also stated that he's not reselling from OVH while he does, he even has Intel Xeons from the old series (very low performance) and an E5 (from OVH) if i remember correctly. I just can't tolerate someone that comes here to say "ugh another host" in that conditions and i'm in the need of arguing even if my arguments are "pitty".
