Etherlands is an upcoming Minecraft server that needs new players to help squash bugs!
Etherlands is a Minecraft towny-like server where users can socialize, build, compete, and most importantly-- own their creations. Users can buy chunks of land on Polygon and a corresponding ERC-721s (NFTs) token/s will be minted. Whoever owns the token has ownership of the land and controls who can and can’t mine and build on that land.
In short, Etherlands mixes together cryptocurrency and Minecraft. Our main goal is to help players learn more about NFT's and cryptocurrency all while doing something they enjoy- playing Minecraft!
All land will be free during the beta testing stage, so you will not need to spend any money to play!
Now for the money part: We plan on hosting monthly build competitions, where players can submit their plot that holds their wonderful build. As a community, we will vote on which plot has the best build(s). The owner of this plot will be rewarded cash prizes in the form of cryptocurrency! We plan on starting our first build competition this week.
We understand that this server concept can be a bit confusing, which is why we need YOU! The more unfamiliar with crypto, the better. We want to ensure our process is simple for all players.
