Greetings, my name is Bethy and I am 20 from South Wales in the UK. I have been a part of Management teams since early 2014 and have been in and out of the role ever since.
My main strength is Community Management as I’m a people person, I enjoy communicating with my staff members and the community.
I am not looking for payment for my services, I am looking for a server to dedicate myself to and to gain more experience.

I have been in charge of 2 email accounts at once and they have been kept on top of daily, even when I am not on my computer I have been known to keep on top of the accounts via my phone or in my office (irl job). Emails contained general queries about the server, donation queries and issues and anything FTAO Server Owners.
I am a lover of Buycraft, I can use the panel to ease and have ease communicating with the Helpdesk, Harry, for anything out of our doing. I have been using Buycraft since I started working for MC servers and know the system like the back of my hand.
As well as using Buycraft for finding purchases, store issues/amending, vouchers etc. I have been known to deal with a lot of chargeback issues including fighting disputes on Paypal and winning with evidence.
Staff Management is one of my strongest points and I absolutely love leading a team. In the past I have been known to have a team of 40+ active staff members and loved communicating with them and keeping on top of activity. Generally, I have used Slack and Discord for communication.
- On Desteria we had our normal ranks of Helper, Mentor, Moderator, Admin but then alongside that, we had 4 different teams that I overlooked (Training Team, Reviewer Team, Content Team, Events Team)
- I have been a Manager of a 40+ man team at some points
- As well as Managing Staff members I am also capable of handling personal situations, in my Manager role on Desteria I had a lot of staff feel comfortable coming to me because I was easy to speak to them about everything, I feel this brings them closer.
I am capable of handling Twitter, Instagram and I am capable of Discord Management. Slack is a platform that I have used previously and I am able to use the console for this with ease.
I was a big Event lover in my previous roles and love hosting different events for the community to get involved with. I also run Staff nights for my staff team which got us all communicating together. Capable of creating the event in-game or on the forums and managing this, getting a large number of people involved. When returning back to my beloved Desteria community I have known people to still ask me to bring them back to the server!
I am capable of using the XenForo console to its limits, on Desteria I had to use the console for various jobs daily and then in the Castadia Development I worked with my colleague to set everything up from scratch. I am able to do pretty much everything on the admin console and actually enjoy exploring it.
I am a big people person, I love being part of a community and making friends, earning respect and overall just listening to what they have to say. People have found it easy to communicate with me in the past. I am able to manage in-game chats and forum issues to a point where I am enforcing rules but not losing that persons respect as a controlling robot!
