This would probably not be put into a plugin but into the spigot version it's self. That's what I would put it in. Just some food for thought though

I'm not sure if you're still looking for this, but there is a plugin on here that's supposed to help pot registration.

If you want custom knockback and hit detection, it would be better (and much easier) to fork Spigot's source and have a developer directly modify it for you.

lumbre's kb is rlly inconsistant... I use methods that are way more stable...Rhian tought me everything to know about modding kb.
