Better ShoutBox Scrp;;Bar

Hello, everyone, I've been on McM on a while and I'm really enjoying the shoutbox.

I have this quick suggestion that the shoutbox scrollbar should look more unique and custom.

The default scrollbar is really irritating and tedious to use.

Hope McM takes my suggestion and develops a better shoutbox scroll bar for everyone.

I see nothing wrong with it currently.. no real reason to change it besides the fact you dont like it?

However, I do not think we need a different scroll bar. The default one works fine.

Look at this for example I got it from the chrome extensions. I really think it's decent enough. MCM should get something like that .
