Better Shutdown plugin

Unless I am an idiot, but plugins are disabled after shutdown. If a plugin is disabled, it cannot affect the server in any shape or form. What you would be looking at instead would be a script made with bash or any coding language other than Java.

Ah, I just saw cores in the past and other servers where this has happened...

You can make an external program to work with the pterodactyl API or just selenium to start, stop and restart your server.
