Hello MCM! I am starting up a brand new service called BetterRealms. I am looking to create a community of Minecraft servers, all ran and hosted by a core service for the everyday user, as well as streamers.
The idea is to have two different tiers of service. The first is to offer an initial setup of your server, and then assist with any issues that come up while running the server. The second tier is a fully managed tier, which would be ideal for streamers, or just the average person who doesn't want to deal with the hassle. This tier would have a s small markup for such a big service.

↠ This person would be responsible
for all relations with content creators,
as well as managing support, etc.
» Realm Manager | 1/1
↠ This person would help manage
the Realms along with myself.
» Support Agents | 2/2
↠ These people would help answer
everyday questions that regular
players need assistance with.
» Builders | 0/3
↠ These people would help assist
with any community builds,
such as the lobby or any
special requests.
