Betting Plugin

I'm looking for someone to make a betting plugin. I want it so that you type /gamble (number) and it generates a number from 1 to 6. If it's 4, 5 or 6 your money gets doubled, if below, then you lose your money. I would also need the messages to be customizable and a limit of 10 million $ to be the highest bet allowed. This is urgent, I want it done by today, so I'll be willing to pay $5 for it.
