I've been around for some time and barely post and lurk around these forums from time to time but I am the founder of Axiom Services which is a service team ran and funded by myself. Recently, Axiom Services built up a server called "GemMC". All builds, configs and even the designs were custom made. I eventually lost all passion for the project since I had some in-real life things going on so I wanted to sell it and hopefully the seller guaranteeing that he would carry out the project and actually "care" for it. I had three interested buyers with 2 getting back to me about the test server I had up but Joseph Robinson joined my discord and put some interested towards the server as a whole. I told him that there was an interested buyer and the lowest I can go is $130. He then agreed and then transferred his money to his account and then I transferred all the files to a winrar and send them over to him. Per Axiom Services TOS (Terms of Service), it states "Chargebacks, disputes, or attempting to get your money back without going through the proper process is not permitted and will be considered as scamming. Doing so will result in a scam report and blacklist from Axiom Services.". Buyer was made aware of this arrangement as any sale or service bought from Axiom is labeled under the TOS. I also give my clients a week and a half or two weeks if I am feeling "kind" to report any issues, if they have any questions or concerns. He did report some of the issues in regards to the ranks and worldguard so I fixed it when he gave console access.
Please be careful when dealing with this user. All of his information and stuff is below and also if you need any proof of this occurring, it's listed below.
Also if anyone has any like how too's or how to like deal with this. I already responded to the paypal dispute but now he did a bank dispute which I can't fight I think.
