Ok so I am going to be restarting a project of mine again, with funds this time. Last time I stopped as I thought it would cost wayy to much so I'm now asking for quotes as to how much you would need to make this, I will go into further detail on skype but basically I am making a divergent server, based off the books. I need a big city with a large citadel in the middle with multiple faction bases in the main city, outside of that I need basically abandoned Chicago. It will be big and I accept that, just wandering what you guys were thinking.
