I know 'I started to built it, and then i didn't have ideas'. Well. It could get more then $10 if you put your mind to it. Try and making it a Dangerous Hub or A Microscopic player hub (Everything else is larger Eg: Plants, Animals).

I agree with spyro work more on the terrain to increase the value of the build. Also add more detail to the floors and walls.
