Why not just make a modded remake of forge using the MC Auth server API then check the accounts there, then use a custom coded server that doesn't use any original MC code, that way you can't get the server DMCA'ed and the multiplayer isn't theirs and it can join any normal MC server, or maybe just the custom one.
