Big project (experienced devs)

Hello, my name is Countdown

I am currently looking for 1 or 2 developers to help finish a big project that has been going for 6 months now. Pretty much 90% of the developing is done, and we just need 1 last push to finish it all. I am currently working with 2 developers and I was looking for 1 or 2 more as I said above. I would love to find a developer who has experience and knows what he's doing. Our server is related our Minecraft Rust. Here is what I am looking for into each developer:
- Experience with big projects
- Able to make everything in game look clean when running commands (display)
- Preferably able to understand other's people work and be able to help/add onto it

One thing I would like to point out is, if you are a developer that does configs and is looking to config all of the plugins & core, I would be more than interested in having you on our team.

I am especially looking for devs to stick around after being done with the work they have done and be paid each time period and keep working with us.

We would need more details than the server being inspired by Rust. For example what do you mean by making the game look clean when running commands? And what do you exactly need done?
