Why is this kid even onsite still. Clear evidence of him scamming, staff quick to ban $5 scams but $10,000 + evidence isn't enough

Also i'm still confused on this situation. From my understanding Mare worked for a server and stole $10k from an investor? I wonder how PayPal Planet is handling the situation since i'm sure they can't just move on from that. I hope action is taken for this.
