Hello, I am looking for a plugin that will bind a command to the block your looking at. So for example I do /bindcommand customenchants on a enchantment table, anyone who clicks that enchantment table will run the command /customenchants. As well as it cancels out that blocks original function so the enchantment gui won't pop up. Also, add messages for when the command is ran incorrectly to show you how to properly use it, as well as a message to show you have bound said command to the block your looking at.

Commands:
/bindcommand (command) (runasconsole)
runasconsole can be set to true or false, if false it's ran by the player

/unbindcommand - removes the command from the block your looking at
/unbindcommandall - removes all commands from all blocks
/boundcommand - check to see what command is bound to the block your looking at

I would prefer this be free if possible and since I am asking for it for free I am not asking for it exclusively. Put it on mcm/spigot, do whatever you want with it.
