It honestly depends if you want to store your wallet on your computer, or have an online wallet. I use an online wallet as I can access it on all of my devices that have a WiFi connection and sometimes when I'm out of the house.

I personally use https://blockchain.info/, but there's other online wallets such as https://www.coinbase.com/.

If you're looking to store your wallet on your PC you can download it from the official Bitcoin website. However, keep in mind that if your computer ever gets ratted your wallet can be easily hacked and your currency stolen.

It's all down to personal preference.

About your signature, you don't put == true or == false, if's accept booleans and that is a boolean doing == true is comparing booleans to make another boolean. Just do if(p.helpful()){
Oh thanks, been doing this since I thought you had to specify.
