No, how would it be better than doing it through the PayPal. If you only accept payback in Bitcoin (While sending through PayPal), that's obviously better.

fun fact, BTC is surprisingly traceable, it's just no central system/people have the ability to handle disputes/scams

Of course, there is a TOS people make on the post about loans. I would obviously only do people with high reps (Still can get scammed but higher chance I won't)
