I use blockchain for btc, Its easy enough to use and you can buy bitcoin using credit cards on there.
You would be able to find people on MCM to sell you btc using paypal and stuff and for that you send them the money and your btc address and they send you the BTC to your account. The reason I use blockchain is because its very secure but there are so many different websites it really just depends on what kind of account you want/what youre going to be using btc for. A quick google search will help you find the right wallet.
