The plugin itself is pretty nice, it has a lot of good features in it. The quality of the code is good, some parts can be improved and there is some unnecessary casting, for example getCommand("practice").setExecutor((CommandExecutor) new PracticeCommand()); (unnecessary casting highlighted in red) but it is well structured and fairly efficiently wrote.

To improve on the plugin you can remove unnecessary casting and make sure all of your classes follow correct java naming conventions (eg

should be AcceptCmd.java - must capitalize first letter).
