Black Smudge on monitor?

Hello,

Recently i've bought a new monitor from MSI and from travelling it to house 2 house it's
been damaged within transit how do i fix the black smudge with out going to a repair shop?

it's all good now phoned up currys and asked for a replcement and they are collecting it tomorrow.
