I’d like it to have configurable options for the game, such as blackjack 3/2 or 6/5. The configurable rules needed will be specified.

There should also be commands I can use to give players money, and a value I can select which controls the balance players have when they join.

If you can provide this, let me know. You can use any language, but JS is preferred.
