No I don't believe you can.

Blade servers are stored in a massive case wonering if Dell, HP, IBM ones can all go in like a IBM case

This, but I'll elaborate a bit. You can't plug an Apple Macbook charger into a Windows laptop (usually). Most (if not all) blade servers are proprietary hardware and don't share anything other than the server hardware themselves (CPU, RAM, etc. - mobos not included in this list).
