-Vouch, user makes the discord and says he setup the bots but once i said the bots didnt work he blocked me.

I didn't block you, and I explained that I didn't know how to fix the bot.

You say “i set it up” but it isnt. And i have proof of you blocking me, once i Come home ill provide the proof.

Look, I didn't block you and I'm sorry Welcomer doesn't work. I set the command so I have no idea why it doesn't work. Check the permissions of the #welcome channel and see if the Bots role has permission to speak in that channel.
