Hello there, I'm Blake.

I am the person that could be your next, and positively your best manager.

I've been playing games such as Minecraft for almost 3 years now, and I have had quite a lot of experience in and outside of there.

Some examples include:
Several Co-Owned Minecraft Servers (normally failed due to partners or fund issues)
Managed one or two service teams
Owned a service team (failed due to lack of interest from freelancers)
Been on countless service teams, where I excelled and helped in small ways managerial-wise.

Pros to hiring me:
I am NOT a paid manager
I only take payment if it is offered, I don't specifically ask for it.

I am surprisingly mature for my age to most people
Though I am only 14, most people in and out of the online world call me professional and mature.

I am kind and respectful to everybody.
If somebody was complaining to me about an issue and being rude in the process, I would not lash out at them, and instead be calm and professional.

Hate when people call themselves, the best because it clearly shows arrogance and you have no idea if you actually is the best manager. Different people like a different kind of management style, so yes for some you may be the best manager but for others not.

It's a way of showing that I know what I am doing - It's not arrogance, it's just giving some basic evidence that I could be great. Who would want to hire an "meh, I'm okay" manager?

Devouch - He started trouble with a clan (Team Enterend or something like that) I am getting out he says he is mature, however he started a huge fight all of twitter starting beef etc.. I do not recommend deal with.

They lied multiple times to me.. informing possible future people not to work with liars is being immature?

I wouldn't recommend working with Blake, he plays on a server I am currently Manager on when he streams he is very toxic and doesn't seem like a fit candidate for a Manager. He doesn't have the professional / mature aspects he speaks about in his post. Also in the past when he was staff he was demoted for various different reasons. I can go into more detail in private messages.

Alright, I'm currently looking for a management replacement for a server I'm currently resigning on and I've noticed that all the negative reputation and devouch comments about you have something to do with you being either toxic, immature or mishandling a situation. It's a pretty clear pattern, and I'm just pointing it out. I haven't worked with you at all, so I can't input any opinions of my own, but for your own management careers sake, I would work on that.
