Huge vouch for Blare, he's met all my requirements, his work is perfection. I have absolute nothing negative to say about Blare. It was very easy to work with him, he's a nice guy, and finished my work in a few days. I'm 100% satisfied with his work and if I ever need any more artwork, I'll definitely hire Blare again, as well as if anyone needs an artist I will recommend them Blare.
The quality is amazing, it's just perfect, there's no other way to describe the artwork he's created for me. He created me a logo in two different forms, one with a background (clouds) and one without. He also gave me the two characters separately so I can use them for my up coming banner, which was very nice of him to do so.
Once again, huge vouch for Blare, definitely recommend him. I rate his service 10/10.
