Hello , my name is Jake. I am here today to persuade any experienced Developers , Free-Lance Managers , and Staff members to apply to become your best suited position. If you think that my server isn't going to be going anywhere anytime soon , than most likely you're wrong. I have recently invested 300$+ into a custom coded , and custom designed Website for BlastBound , I have invested around 100$ into the builds on the server , which is my next project that I will be working on after I get a suitable Staff Team. I would like to invest around 500$ on the builds of the server shortly. I believe with a great Staff Team we should be able to make it far in the Community with my dedication and , the soon to come Staff Team's dedication. This is one thing I can not stress more than anything about any member of Staff applying for a position on BlastBound's Staff Team , YOU MUST BE INTELLIGENT AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY! If you do not have good grammar than you will not be accepted onto our Staff Team no matter what. Paragraph and formatting’s, use them. Its not the easiest thing to read. Look at other posts requesting staff. We aren’t just people from PMC that are almost begging for staff. Alot of us here are highly skilled, and get to pick where they go. Alot even want paying for doing so.

Im a system admin, i have ran 3 servers, and have more experience with configs, than most owners do. Im also a decent builder when i choose to build, i can setup forums. I can even host them, on one of my dedis. I can setup very nice buycrafts, (a lot better than most) and that’s just to name a few things.

It should be more you wanting to hire us. Sure you'll get a few people, but if you are wanting the more skilled server staff, then it should be you, persuading us to be part of your server. Either by making it look amazing, or paying.
