Hello , my name is Jake. I am here today to persuade any experienced Developers , Free-Lance Managers , and Staff members to apply to become your best suited position. If you think that my server isn't going to be going anywhere anytime soon , than most likely you're wrong. I have recently invested 300$+ into a custom coded , and custom designed Website for BlastBound , I have invested around 100$ into the builds on the server , which is my next project that I will be working on after I get a suitable Staff Team. I would like to invest around 500$ on the builds of the server shortly. I believe with a great Staff Team we should be able to make it far in the Community with my dedication and , the soon to come Staff Team's dedication. This is one thing I can not stress more than anything about any member of Staff applying for a position on BlastBound's Staff Team , YOU MUST BE INTELLIGENT AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY! If you do not have good grammar than you will not be accepted onto our Staff Team no matter what. Prices are (most likely) too high. As the server is not currently released, Jake is spending most of the money on it and, obviously, no donations have come in yet.

If you are okay with working for free (if you do become a manager), that will probably be fine.

He also isn't reputable at all.

Would not recommend this guy,
I've worked with him before (at lemoncloud) and his immaturity honestly surprises me that anyone can be that immature. He makes numerous innaporpriate jokes and when given even a tiny bit of hate often cracks and well has a rage fit. Some of his amazing funny and creative jokes include topics such as; slavery, racism, other staff members family and even a few about the owner. As of yet aedan has shown nothing that would even slightly indicate he has gained any maturity at all. He has been staff on more servers then I can count and in his year at lemoncloud left atleast 15 times (mainly because his staff applications got some criticism). He just likes power that pretty much all I have to say. He applies on most servers within a week of joining them and when denied just leaves. Now onto my final point, if you do choose to let him be staff on your server he definitely won't stick around long. He will abuse and abuse then once he's banned everyone and force tped to everyone's bases and raided them he'll probably quit. My best bet would be he will stay staff for a month or two max before he moves on to try and get a better rank.

Ps. He also lacks dedication and copy pastes the same staff application on every server he applies on with minor edit (most info in a majority of his applications is fake).
