The questions for the staff manager application have nothing to do with managing staff at all. Also, add more detail like what type of server it is, etc.

Why do you want to be a staff member on our server? -Becouse i have some free time,and dont realy have what to do,and offcourse i want to be apart of a comunity and help a server grow.
How do you think you can help the server grow? - I would tell players to tell there friends to cheak the server out,and i could advertise on some sites.
Have you had any past experiance as staff on another server?I used to own a server and was a mod on a different server(that is dead now)
What would you do when someone spams in chat?i would warn him,and if he kept spaming i would tempmute him for 24hours(depends on rules)
how would go about banning a xray hacker?Depending on the server rules,if i had to choose i would ask him if he admits,if he deos i would ban him for 14days if he dosent i would ban him for 31days,but as i said depends of the rules.
