I have three reasons of what I can bring to the staff team which is a tie into how my skills would benefit the community!

Leadership:

Over my time of playing I have been a Mod or Owner of many factions many being power factions and factions that dominate servers. I can perform really good recruitment, and offer a very charismatic personality. Leadership is one of my best qualities.

I have been Owner and Manager on both of these servers along with some others servers. I know what it takes to run a server, and it is very challenging but maintaining a strong lower level staff team like being a helper or moderator because you might proceed and be promoted to the next stage.

Motivation:
I love to help people, and spend a lot of time with my faction and people who ask for it giving them information they need to be successful on the server. Helping is what I love to do and I won't stop. I am very mature and loyal . I can handle criticism well. I am not toxic, and very welcoming to people who treat me with good respect. Of course, I will give the role my all. I want to set a high standard for the server (lower toxicity, improve staff quality). My energy level for being a leader and helping people is very why and why I believe putting a piece on it in my three pillars of reasons I should be a Mod/SrMod pillar. I take pride in it, very much so.
Why should we choose you over other staff members?*:

You should chose me over others to join the staff team because I have maturity, loyalty, knowledge, respect, and courage. I am very mature when it comes to handling hackers and dealing with in-patient or aggressive players. I know how to keep cool and that there is no reason to aggravate myself or the player any more. I also know when to have fun and when to be serious {My definition of maturity}. What I mean when I say loyalty is player respect and staff respect. I wont argue with people or players as I will only debate about my opinion. If I feel the need to argue then you will ALWAYS hear an apology from me afterward if I felt that I was to harsh. What I mean by knowledge is that I am talking about server knowledge {Rules, Websites, Donations, Staff, Commands, etc} this is found in most staff members but I thought it was important to put in. I like to think of myself as a very outgoing and courageous person. When or if I ban someone I will not punish them until I feel that I have the right amount of evidence and I will have confidence that I am doing the right thing. Most staff members hesitate because they either don't have confidence in the ban/punishment or they don't think the player is hacking. Finally I can bring responsibility to the staff team AND the community, as I will have to be responsible and mature with my newly achieved powers.

What makes me unique is my Motivation.
In real life and in game, many people motivate me. I legit love helping everyone. I do it because when I watch staff series, it motivates me because I have a chance to somewhat do what they are doing.
In what ways will you try to make Blaze Factions the best it can be?*:
I can be very active online and on the teamspeak you guys have. I can be on everyday for 7-8 hours. This part is hard for me because everything is summed up above. I want to stop toxic people and make Blaze factions and strong community.

Are you a fun, easy going person?*:
Yes I am. I love having fun but when I need to do my job I become serious. I am not a rude person where I would say if I had to Screenshare, "2 min downlosd join.me or you are banned." I would be like "ok you have 3-4 min to download join.me"

What will you offer/bring to the table for Blaze Factions?*: I have a ton of experience in moderation, and this server definitely seems awesome. I can offer my activity, which I will be available to play most days and assist the players in-game with any requests they may have. Also, I will make sure that any rules broken by the user will be punished accordingly to the guidelines. I'm also an amazing forum moderator, I spent 7 months in the team at Mineplex.

Why should we choose you over other staff members?*: I'm an easy and happy person ready to step forward and go down to a smaller server from my past experiences. I listen to what I am told, if I am needed in game to deal with a hacker I'll be there to punish him if I can see he is hacking. With experience in moderating hackers, I can tell the different types of hacks, name them and describe them.

What makes you unique as a person, and staff member?*: I'm creative, back at my past server I was on the events team, always creating new events to create and make for the public. I'm determined to finish tasks I start, I won't just drop out halfway through. I'm confident when moderating, I will stay professional at all times as I'm representing the server.

In what ways will you try to make Blaze Factions the best it can be?*: I will make Blaze Factions the best it can be by bringing new ideas to the table, if it may be an event or even a whole new idea for the server.

Past staff experience? We are TOTALLY up for hiring new people to the scene.: I was a Moderator at Mineplex for 16 months, on multiple different teams throughout my journey. I was a Karaoke Host for a few months, allowing me to be more confident on the teamspeak, hosting the karaoke for over a hundred people. I was an Event Staff for 4 months, I designed, built and hosted some amazing events which I can show screenshots of if required. I was a forum moderator for 7 months, I had the record for longest forum moderator before either getting promoted or demoted (I resigned from the team) - I was a quality assurance testing member at the start of my journey, which was an amazing experience to change the server. I created ideas and they were passed on to leadership team which some were actually implemented today (Not sure if it was entirely me)

Also I'm always aware of what my duties are, this will mean getting them done at a reasonable amount of time, Which will benefit the servers future!

What makes you unique as a person, and staff member?*: , I'm always dedicated, no matter what is passed to me, I always worked hard within all my projects. In conclusion to me being Hard working, I'm always a king, Genuine Person/Player.

In what ways will you try to make Blaze Factions the best it can be?*: I will constantly work hard, Help players when needed. Contact players directly who are in need of help, and also I will always answer players question within a reasonable amount of time, this will make players happy due to the fact that the assistance given was quick, and helpful. Also I will bring my creativity, and happy vibe to the Network, This will mean players wanting to be in this community for a long amount of time!

What will I bring to the server?
Fun,Players,Youtubers with 200 ,400 and 1.3k subs.I always like working with people.I can also be friends with anyone instanly.I like to bring joy to servers,cheer people up when they are sad and also make people's day.

I like to help players and always want justice for them.I really hate hackers and players who disobey the rules of the server.I will always listen to everyone in the staff team and never fight with them.I am the guy who does not like to create fights or join a sides.I normaly will cool down fights.

Why should we choose you over other staff members?
Everyone is good in their own ways and I am good in minecraft servers.Practically everyone is good nowdays in minecraft servers but not everyone has the patients that I have.I am always calm while dealing with players.I like to solve their problems.I also love to help the staff team in any thing.

I am a creative thinking person.I have soo many ideas
