Experience I have been a HeadMod On a server that reached 20-30 PB daily. I was accepted as a helper. And less then 2 months I became HeadMod. It a very good time I met a lot of great people. Sadly All Great things came to a end. After a owner abused the Pb started to decline so I resigned. I was a admin on a Space themed Prison server. It has not been released to the public yet. But My job was to manage all finance and put the money where it needs the most. I been owner of multiple servers Two Faction servers and 1 kitpvp server. I'm currently staff on a Large network that includes survival kitpvp and sky block and factions. My job is to fix bugs and give out tips. The large network has not been released to the public yet.
What makes you Stand out
Well I can do anything. . Talk to youtubers (talking to them about recording on the server I can talk to non-staff members see what they want to add. And if it will help the server I would talk to higher staff about adding it. Mostly anything and everything you the owners don't want to do. I believe that I can be a dedicated Helper and be the best Helper that's on the server. I have been staff on many servers I know how to handle a server the best way possible. Hopefully I will be accepted and I can be one of the best staff you ever know. I can do anything you want me to do. I can be on anytime that i'm am needed. I can be online even if there is no players online or staff online. Because you never know if a new player joins and needs help.

Experience : Yes, I do have experience as being a staff member. I've been staff on many servers that were popular and not popular. I've been staff on two big networks, they were called " ParaPvP " and " Hypixel ". I was helper on Hypixel however, I've gained the trust and I was promoted to moderator. I was staff on their for a year however, I've resigned due to the fact that I had to move houses and I rather resign than be demoted for not being active. I've also been staff on AdvancedPvP and many more servers, however some of the servers were not popular.
What makes you Stand out : I was mod on a website called nodusforums which was the hack client, so I saw every hack that was out there. With this knowledge, I can catch hackers at a much higher rate then other normal players. I know how to talk to other players and make them calm down. I can clean up the mess that the other mods can not. If I was mod, you wouldn't need to play as much due to how helpful I am and how I deal with ever problem that is handed to me (not just the ones that I want to deal with). I joined Minecraft in 1.7.2 beta and I have been playing ever since. No breaks, no slowing down, just playing 100% so therefore I know what I am doing. I also know a lot about spawners and Redstone, well basically everything that can be asked, for eg: spawning rates, spawners, Redstone, commands for many plugins and much more. My knowledge goes past just Minecraft, I know how to remove any kind of virus on pc, mac or Linux. I also know how to use a load of 3rd party programs for many different functions and I know almost everything there is to know about 1st party software. I am much more mature and less likely to act up or abuse than other staff members. This is why I think I would be a great moderator.
Anything Else? : As of my knowledge Staff is the most important thing on a server. This is because if the staff is bad players won't stay, because of this I use grammar. I stay professional at all time and I stand out, I show a good example of staff. I am a key leader because of this I believe I'd be a great candidate for the administrator position.

With that said, I am also Staff on Xotrus Survival, SageKits and a sales rep on viperrsetup.

Experience: I've moderated two decently sized Factions servers, one by the name of BlizzardPvP, which peaked at 50 players, and an Australian server name FlarePvP that had a steady Australian playerbase of 10-25. I have also moderated, administrated, and even set up and owned far smaller servers, but those are the largest servers I have helped with.
What makes you stand out: I'm a funny and mature player, and on most servers, the players find out they can rely on me very easily. Since I have been playing Minecraft for four years now, I'm incredibly accquainted with the game. I am also a good choice as I've run my own servers, and more than a year of experience of running my own servers has taught me in a way that no other experience could.

What makes you Stand out: Guess not much because I haven't really been communicating with other people in the minecraft community. As of right now, I have a player from CypeNetwork.com (a map dev) giving me tips and collaborating with Purplicious_Cow to make a vanilla command block creation version of his inventory pets mod.
References: I don't really have any references besides the pictures of what I have built in the past 3 years.
Anything Else: The primary reason I am doing this is to enhance my experience of staffing and possibly learn more than I have before. Experience: First if all I have played Minecraft since its beta version along with factions for about 4 or so years. From this I am able to help out in any ways needed and answer almost any questions asked. I know the use of commands and items likewise. My experience as staff is quite vast including owning my own server called fishyfactions which had a player base of around 25 people and 2000 usernames recorded. Unfortunately this server was shut down due to my lack if time when this server was open and monetary reasons. I have also been staff on numerous servers from helper all the way up to co-owner. In 2013 I was paid to build a server for someone because they just wanted to advertise and have players. Currently I am staff on two servers one I am co-owner and the other I am helper. These servers have a low player base though and that is that reason I am trying to reach out for staff on another server. I am extremely dedicated to servers I am staff on and will do whatever it takes to help out.
