Hello, I was wondering whats your opinion on the stuff that is going on in the US? Riots, Lootings, BLM etc?

This is my opinion:
I support black lives and I believe that everything should be equal not depending on race, skin color, religion. But the BLM movement is something other than Equality. It is lootings, it is riots, etc. I believe that the cops use more violence than needed. But we do not need lootings and violent riots. We need to go against the gov and police in a non violent way. Not hurting people.

But, do you support the violence and lootings going on. I have a friend in the US and he's black and had a sneaker store. His store got looted by 10 white people. White people are taking advantage of #BLM.
I want equality not violence and lootings.

It is what it is at this point. I support the protests, but I don't support the lootings and the harm that comes along. In the end, there isn't going to be a change, the movement will blow over eventually, the protests will stop, and the world will continue how it always had, knowing that the protests, riots, looting, and whatever else did nothing to change the state of racial equality in America.

People have taken it too far. When you attack all white people because of the acts of a few it’s a problem, and that is what’s happening in some cases. Though that is just one form of the unjust protest. There’s rioting, looting, etc. which are super messed up. I don’t really see a point they’re fighting for though. Defunding the police? Less training, worse cops, more protests. Show that people of color aren’t dangerous? Rioting and looting. These protests are really sending the wrong message and taking it to an extent of,”Black Lives Better.” I find the only way this could be fixed is by letting the older generation phase out. As dumb as that may seem, it is really the older generation that is racist, for the most part. I feel society will be much more clean as the newer generations are formed and what’s right and wrong in society is made clear.

Why do you disagree with the BLM movement?

Violence, looting, and destruction isn’t what BLM stands for. People are rioting and looting out of their own greed. That’s why you’re seeing innocent small businesses (a decent portion black owned, which is contradictory!) destroyed. There is malice from people who support BLM but you can’t pin the actions of individuals to an entire group.

BLM doesn’t stand to say Black Lives are better in my eyes. It stands to say black lives matter in the sense that they did not matter before.

Think of it as how this country once said all men are created equal, then proceeded to not follow that logic at all by mistreating black people. The hood of all lives matter doesn’t protect black people as it should.

The concept of All Lives Matter is something good, but that doesn’t represent what it actually is. Most say it to put down this movement and are not in support of said idea, looking by the actions they’ve made. I’ve only met like 2 people who say All Lives Matter, and fully back it and do shit that supports All Lives.

Why do you disagree with the BLM movement?

I believe Black Lives Matter, that everything should be equal, but the current movement called #BLM is something else than trying to get justice. It is violence, it is riots, it is lootings. I want a movement that will give us all equal rights without any need of violence.

I support BLM, change is needed, police brutality is (and always will be) a thing.
But there are a few things that I disagree with, and what's worse is that some people would call you "racist" for disagreeing or trying to look at things differently.

I disagree with the following,
- Rioting/looting
- People beating police officers at protests then getting beaten back with baton sticks. People use this as proof of "police brutality"
- Instagram girls reposting "1 repost = donation", like what are you donating to? What does it do? They are all blatant scams where the insta user resells the account after gaining loads of likes and followers
- People using it for personal gain
- People calling people racist for disagreeing or questioning anything
- Out of context arrests that may look like police brutality without context and go viral online (didn't say they all are)
- The whole "let's de fund the police"
- Instagram girls sometimes reposting fake shit about BLM on their stories, they assume its true because its been reposted by 100,000 other people. Takes two minutes to do research on it and realise its a different story altogether
- Guilt tripping people who are just minding their business and don't want to be apart of then movement for not being apart of it

I had to get this off my chest, glad people are more open to opinions and arguments on this site, most people would call you racist if you questionned anything about the Black Lives Matter movement.
