Block all languages apart from english!

Im looking for someone who knows if there is any plugins that only allow english in chat or if someone could make one ?

I want to hire non english youtubers to get more players but dont want them speak another language

When a non-english youtuber brings players, those players wouldn't be able to use chat if you employed a plugin like that. Also I believe a language blocker would be quite hard to make as english is made up of words from quite a few other languages. Possible a translation API could be used(google probably has one) and implemented to auto translate their messages for those who want to see only english in chat. This could be toggleable by a command

Perhaps get a dictionary word list file and check if at least half the words are English words?

But then the problem comes what if I'm saying stuff like your name or words that aren't in the English dictionary that English people say. There would have to be a threshold

Get a plugin made where the players can switch chats between languages for example, if a player does /wc romanian the chat will be only for the people who speak romanian.
