Im looking for someone to make me a light weight plugin that allows "All blocks in the config to drop EXP" here is an example of a config I would like

Code: 
exp:
  whitelist: ## Here you can specify what Blocks drop EXP
  - COAL_ORE
  - REDSTONE_ORE
  - GLOWING_REDSTONE_ORE
  - LAPIS_ORE
  - QUARTZ_ORE
  - DIAMOND_ORE
  - EMERALD_ORE
