This plugin blocks lava flow, adds blood particles, and regeneration particles, it also has a 5% chance of spawning a charged creeper with a creeper egg. When clicking on a mooshroom with glass bottles, it will give you instant health splash potions.

There was another plugin called obsidian destroyer for free on Bukkit, so that's not necessarily your: | (this is a video sooo long ago ) Unfortunately spigot's rules, which says that you cant put a premium plugin that is already available for free, many times are not followed (currently the plugin has been removed, but there is still one very similar to yours for free!)

I said please don't, I didn't say which specifically (could be Factions and/or ObsidianDestroyer).

ObsidianDestroyer was hosted on Bukkitdev before I put it on Spigot. If he's using the one from bukkitdev then it's pretty broken. The new one that is on there is extremely shitty and doesn't do really anything compared to mine so if he's selling that one instead of mine, good luck lol.
