Language spoken - English and Spanish, but English is my strongest and native language.
Experience - I've managed editing teams, I work at Penzzly LLC as a head of cinema, and I have a long history of moderating on Minecraft servers
Why should we choose you over the many others? -
- Overall, I've had over five years of experience of managing in all subjects. I've started with my own editing team I made, called gasmask, which had over 500 subscribers. which was successful and we collaborated with many other editing teams. The editing community is in basics, all the CS:GO, black ops, and basically any game that looks like an over edit. If you'd like to see more of this, I'd recommend checking out T3C.
- I've moderated on many servers; this includes servers like AcelaCraft, and TribalHCF, which had playerbases with over 100+ players.
- I now manage all of cinema at Penzzly LLC, and I manage every commission that goes through that department. For more information, visit https://penzzly.com
Having staff obviously gives you more strength. Yet, you need to be precise with your decisions. Having this advantage gives me an opportunity to help others in need, especially others that are being attacked by other people. Me as a rank in staff will make me feel great about myself, as i know that by helping my and you and your community, i'm only making it a better place.
Secondly, having a staff rank, I will create better relationships with other staff members, and everyone on the server. How? As working as a staff member, needing to work as a team is needed to keep BlockGame running. It Is a necessity to interact with each other in order to finish our work. Interactions can create long relationships, and these long, healthy relationships in our staff and around this community work better as a team.
I hardly notice staff interacting with other players at all. Being that i am very optimistic, i can create a happy environment by also interacting with other players, and encourage new players to stay in our community, and construct a happier community.
I also have experience working with YouTubers, and I'm aware that every person has different standards, and I'm determined to not only meet, but to exceed their expectations of what they need from the staff team.
According to my statements, I conclude that by helping others in need, in any possible way, creating great relationships to work better in a team, being a highly optimistic individual, and having an abundant amount of experience with management and YouTubers, I'm sure that I'll be a leader and give a positive impact on this community.

Why should we choose you over the many others? - Because I am professional Honest and mature I know what I am doing as I have been staffing for over a year and enjoy it I will make sure that everyone is having the best time and am very active and always helping people to make sure that they are not waiting around for staff I am trustworthy and can manage what I am doing well I am positive and will effect the community positively I know what this player base feels like and can take it on with confidently and not get scared I believe I am fit for the role and can do this happily if you want to ask me further questions om me on discord
