Blocking command

Didn't know what section to put this in but I'll throw it in here

Does anyone know how to "block" the command .pd which is featured on some hack clients and listens for a "S3APacketTabComplete" and basically shows all the plugins on the server

no way to block the actual command due to it being client side, but I'm sure there is something you can do but I aint really experienced with this stuff.

I hopped on a few randoms server I looked up on google and on some it doesn't work other it does.
