Blocking players from using non-default arrows

So I want players to be able to use regular bows with regular arrows, but I don't want them to use all the new non-default arrows in PVP/PVE, is there anyway to turn this off?

Im using that as it is, and no i just rechecked. Even then, i might just be blind and it is there...

You can disable this by using a simple code, all you want is disable If the Arrow name is not the same as the default right?
