BlokaHCF In-Need of [Admins | Mods | Helpers]

Introduction:
Hi there I am CakesMC, I am currently managing BlokaHCF. The current owner is Game_Rider17, I am making this thread on his behalf. I have managed multiple servers for over 2 years and am looking forward to managing on Bloka.

We are BlokaHCF, a server based in the UK, England and we are in need of hardworking dedicated staff members! The server is currently in development but will be soon finished with a custom HCF server, xenforo forums and other mini-games on the server. After HCF has launched we will also be releasing other gamemodes like kitmap, factions and skyblock.

We already have a custom made spawn and the economy planned out. We have some rough edges that we need to smoothen out and a few other things with the core but other then that we are almost ready for release. All we really need now is a strong, dedicated, active and loyal staff team.

All staff positions are unpaid apart from Co-Owner
Co-Owners will receive 45% of donations

I suggest letting the co-owner and admins apply using a google forms document, it makes it way cleaner.
What is the server precisely in need for, what is done, what is not done etc.

Not to be rude and all, but "BlokaHCF" sounds really awkward. It sounds like a server that won't do well. And 13 years old is quite young for an ownership / administrative position.

It isn't about age it is about maturity and skill. I understand what you are saying though and I have changed it to 14+.

CakesMC has made this without my knowledge so the details are incorrect. The server is not named that and he changed it because we have only HCF released at the moment since we are updating the other game modes. The name is not "BlokaHCF"

The HCF server is BlokaHCF, the main network is called BlokaMC.

We are putting such a low age for required since there are some 14-15 year olds that are dedicated to the game. Want to just be a Owner / Co-Owner / Admin on a server. Experience (Be specific): I have been staff on one other HCF server. I know how to screenshare people find find hidden ghost clients such as Vape, Vape Lite, Merge, Fusk, Autoclickers, Incognito, Harambe, etc. The server I was staff of before only had about 25 players on regularly, although it did have a very loyale, mature, and highly trained staff team.
Why Bloka?: I feel like this server has a lot of potential in being the next Arcane or Faithful.
What makes you stand out from other applicants?: I don't usually think of myself as superior to others, but if I did have to answer this question, I would say I am loyal. I can put in 3 to 6 hours a day on this server keeping it clean and allowing players to enjoy HCF and maybe get to know it a little bit more. I want to allow all the players to have a good experience although it might just be one day and then quitting. It will be a day of playing on Bloka that they won't forget.
What you will do as a staff member?: I will try my hardest to give to the community. I will allow the players to be able to have a fun time and not have to deal with cheaters that have an unfair advantage. I will try my hardest to keep the server as clean as possible.
