BloodMoon Plugin Update (will pay)

TL;DR I need the BloodMoon plugin ported to MC 1.13+ (1.13.2 as of now). The original version worked up to 1.9.x, is open-source, and available on GitHub (see links below). Best to contact me via Discord (see below), as I do not often check PM's on MC-Market. Of course, I am willing to pay some amount to have this updated.

I have been using the BloodMoon plugin on my 1.11.2 server for quite some time. However, it's time for us to "upgrade" to 1.13.2. Sadly, this plugin does not work on 1.13 (or 1.12 for that matter). Even more sadly (yes, that is a grammar now), I do not have enough time to re-learn the Bukkit/Spigot API and work out this plugin myself.

I am looking for somebody who is willing to / capable of getting this plugin up and running on 1.13+ (aka, 1.13.2 as of now).

From what I understand, the original BloodMoon plugin (see link below) stopped working after MC 1.9.x. And then, somebody else forked it and updated it to work on 1.11.2 (see other link below). Fortunately, the original plugin is open-source and available on GitHub (see yet another link below), which theoretically will make this little project a bit easier.

Of course, I am willing to offer payment to he (or she) that is able to get this plugin up and running again.
