I am the current and only owner of BlurHQ which is a small skyblock server which has a planned release for January 5th 4:30PM GMT and we are now looking for staff members for the server.
As I have already stated , The server is still in maintenance but will soon be ready for release once a few things are completed and bugs are fixed to make sure the server runs as smoothly as possible without any TPS Spikes or CPU Spikes. We are currently not paying staff as we will only be a small community to start off with and will not have the funds to pay each and every individual staff member that is hired however as for the future this may change.
The main and most important requirement is to maintain a very fun and professional atmosphere for all staff members and new players. We view players highly, as they are the ones who choose if we succeed or not. It is crucial to engage with the community, and to not be rude.
Now you may be wondering what you have to be able to do and what the other requirements to apply for staff are and those are the following;
