Boat bug

Hello,

I have a bug in my server.
When players go in a boat they are bugged ( like standing in a boat ) and they cant move then.

Hope someone can help me with this

Uhh check if a plugin on your server is messing with it firstly. Then if there's still no answer, possibly check over your spigot.yml settings.
