My name is Ryan aka RNS , I own BoltWars Network that is currently running as a Factions Server, We Searching for a Dedicated Staff, with lots of free time and lots of Minecraft server experience. Please fill in the Application!!!!(POST IT ON THIS THREAD)

Why I want to help: I want to get onto a server that I can administrate and help out on. I want to help make your server bigger and have more people on it. I also like to play on Minecraft servers. I am getting to know a lot of contacts that are fun to play with I like meeting new people and having fun playing Minecraft. I like to code servers and stuff too.


Time Zone: US Mountain


How long can I play on the server each day: 1-5 hours


What days of the week can I play on the server: Everyday unless i've got scout things


Experience: I have had tons of experience. For one I have my own minecraft network. I know how to setup plugins and perms. I can also setup a website for you. Also I have had people who get on and I give them the staff and then they grief when they said they would not. I am not one of those people. I have also gotten staff on other servers and they loved the help. Lastly I almost got to work on the skydoesminecraft server. I know how players feel when they join a new server. I can do all of your staff. I will test them all and can make sure your server is the best.


My Life: every Week I have scouts I am very busy but I make time to get on servers to work on them. On the weekends I might have a campout to got to or a football game but that doesn't take all day.


Fee: none just want the position I deserve

Why have I chosen you over others?: You look professional and I feel as though I can bring alot to this server. I want to work for a big network.

Who Am I working for ATM: VanityMc I am working as a configurer but it is only if he has something for me to work on.

Other info: I have played minecraft and love it. I am very professional. I like playing on fun servers and such.

Tell us about you:

Im 16 years of age. I Play alot of soccer and I wrestle, I have a passion for gaming and recently I started learning how to Code. I Started playing minecraft in 1.7.10, For years I have been in involved in Staff teams on numerous servers (OriginMC,VoltageHcf,etc)


Are you currently Staff on other servers?

Not Currently.

What do you feel you can bring to the server (Tell us more)?

I can bring alot of creativity and maturite to the staff team. I would ban cheaters and make the community less toxic. I will now list some reasons why I should be accepted.

Respectfulness: I am a very respectful guy in teamspeak I will respect anyone that enters the teamspeak and help them with whatever is needed. I will not agrue with anyone even if there extremely annoying.

Experience: I feel that I have a lot of experience and know what to do. I not only have experience as a staff member but as a faction player in general I know what most of the faction players look for in a good faction server so I can help out a lot. I have been playing factions for over 2 years now.

Screen-Sharing: In my opinion I am a good screen-sharer I know how to find Vape, Incognito, Drek, Spook and all of those ghostclients. I have learned most of my screen-sharing skills from voltagehcf that is where I started getting more and more into it, I found most of the people I froze using either vape or drek by some easy simple steps. I can also help other staff members on knowing how to SS better.(If the server screen shares)

Recording: I have recording software that can reach 40+ fps. I can record all the hackers so when I ban them I have Proof.


Why have you chosen BoltWars over other servers?

I Feel like all faction servers have potentional. Also I would like to be involved in the server.


Do you have prior experience in server moderation (Tell us more)?


I have been Admin on a faction/Prison server called BeastyCraft. My responsibilities where to deal with any problems with buycraft,deal with ddos,moderate the forums,keep the lower staff members in line and to host community events.In its prime the player base was 50-100 daily.



I have Been Senior Admin on a faction/kitpvp server called pvp.red. The server sadly closed down due to money issues but my responsibilities where to deal with buy craft,host community events,deal with charge backs,teach the lower staff members on how to do there job and to hire youtubers etc. In its prime the player base was 100-450 daily.



I have Been Senior Moderator on a server called Lunaraids. It closed due to a dead player base. My responsibilities where to crate the staff guide line,keep the moderators and helpers in check, Promote and demote staff members,moderate forums,moderate the server and to teach the staff team to screenshare. In its prime the player base was 40-90 daily.


I have Been Admin on a VoltageHcf. It closed due to money issues and bad decisions by the owner. My responsibilities where to hold community events,keep the staff in check, moderate forums,deal with charge backs, and to hire youtubers. In its prime the player base was 60-120.



I have been Moderator to Admin+ on numerous smaller servers.
